We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when submitting forms on this site. This includes name, email address, company name, job title, phone number (optional), and the content of any free-text fields you complete. We collect this information through our contact form, partner application form, and careers application form. We also collect technical data through cookies and analytics tools where you have consented to their use.
We use the information you provide to: (1) respond to your enquiry or application; (2) communicate with you about Trellice services and relevant regulatory updates, where you have opted in; (3) process partner or employment applications; (4) improve our website and services based on aggregated, anonymized analytics data. Form submission data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission unless deletion is requested earlier. Job application data is retained for 12 months. Partner application data is retained for 18 months.
Business information submitted through the partner application form — including company details, capabilities, client relationships, and strategic information — is treated as confidential and used solely for evaluating and managing partner relationships.

If T-CIP™ uses automated processing or AI-generated regulatory intelligence, this will be disclosed in platform documentation and the applicable DPA.
In the event of a data breach affecting personal information, Trellice will notify affected individuals and relevant supervisory authorities within legally required timelines.
