Sandeep Chandesh is the Founder and CEO of Trellice, a semiconductor workforce and ecosystem company focused on workforce development, market access and compliance.

His career spans global business leadership, M&A, AI, emerging technologies and enterprise transformation, with experience in semiconductors, advanced electronics and deep technology. Before founding Trellice, he served as a Vice President at Deloitte Consulting, where he led large-scale transformation programs across the United States and Asia. Throughout his career, he has operated at the intersection of technology, capital and execution, translating complex industry requirements into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.

At Trellice, Sandeep is focused on connecting semiconductor investment and technology with the workforce, institutional capabilities and cross-border infrastructure required to execute. He conceived and led the development of T-CIP™ (Trellice Connected Intelligent Platform), Trellice's proprietary compliance intelligence platform that connects regulatory, entity, trade and supply-chain intelligence for semiconductor decision-making.

Through Trellice Academy and T-CIP™, he is building an integrated model that connects semiconductor companies, universities, workforce institutions, technology partners and regional ecosystems. His work spans the U.S.–Asia semiconductor corridor, with a focus on workforce capability, emerging technologies, market access, compliance and cross-border ecosystem development.

C.Y. Huang is President of FCC Partners and a senior investment banking and ecosystem leader with more than four decades of experience across Taiwan and Asia. His work spans cross-border investment, technology, M&A, industry development and international ecosystem building.

He is the Founding Chairman of the Taiwan M&A and Private Equity Council and Chairman of the GeoAsia Foundation, where he has supported connections among Taiwan's technology ecosystem, U.S. universities, industry and innovation organizations.

Huang also serves as Vice Chairman of the K.T. Li Foundation, carrying forward the legacy of K.T. Li, one of the key architects of Taiwan's technology and semiconductor development. In addition to his instrumental role in the establishment of Hsinchu Science Park, Li was a key driving force behind the creation of TSMC, helping secure the initial funding and institutional support that enabled the company to be established.

In 2023, Huang participated in the inaugural K.T. Li Award, presented to TSMC founder Morris Chang in recognition of his contributions to Taiwan's technology industry.

At Trellice, Huang serves as Executive Advisor - Asia, advising the Founder and leadership team on the company's Asia strategy, U.S.–Asia semiconductor partnerships and cross-border ecosystem development. He supports Trellice's engagement with industry, academia, capital and technology leaders across the region, with Taiwan serving as a strategic anchor for Trellice's broader Asia strategy.

Basavaraj Nagaraju is CEO of RV-SKILLS Design Centre, where he leads initiatives focused on bridging the gap between academic education and industry readiness. His work centers on building structured workforce and skills pathways for emerging technology sectors, particularly semiconductors, VLSI and deep technology.

Working across universities, colleges and industry, Basavaraj has contributed to the development of programs designed to align engineering education with evolving industry requirements. He is a strong advocate for treating skills and capability development as foundational infrastructure - beginning early, progressing systematically and connecting education more directly with real-world industry needs.

Basavaraj also brings entrepreneurial experience across technology, education and sustainability. He was a co-founder of Black Pepper Technologies, a fabless semiconductor design company, and has co-founded ventures including V5 Biofuels Ltd., Lifeboat Education Pvt. Ltd. and Radix Eco Energy LLP.

At Trellice, Basavaraj serves as Strategic Advisor - India & Workforce Development, advising the Founder and leadership team on semiconductor workforce strategy, skills development and institutional engagement in India. He also plays a key role in the Trellice–RV-SKILLS partnership, helping connect India's semiconductor education and training capabilities with Trellice's broader workforce architecture and U.S.–Asia semiconductor ecosystem.

Basavaraj is also an active contributor to academic and industry forums, where he speaks on semiconductor ecosystem development, emerging technologies, workforce preparedness and the evolving expectations of engineering talent.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from BMS College of Engineering and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, USA.
